Help Somerset Support A Worthy Cause: On May 13th, the Somerset Patriots will be hosting Breast Cancer Awareness Day at Commerce Bank Ballpark.

The first 2,000 women in attendance will receive a special Pink Patriots Cap as part of the team’s Breast Cancer Awareness Day. There will be a Mother’s Day Brunch and a Ball Game event from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and fundraising throughout the day. The Patriots will wear limited edition Pink Patriots jerseys, which will be auctioned off after the game to benefit Susan G. Komen For The Cure.

With Atlantic League teams not meeting my “deadline” to sign a new Red Sox player to the league, I will instead donate my money to this cause and plan to discuss the best way to do so with Patriots officials.
