Hobson To Minors: After first being reported on ALB.com, former Nashua Pride skipper Butch Hobson confirmed that he’s definitely interested in the Double-A, Eastern League manager job for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays). Telling the New Hampshire Leader, Hobson said he would love to join the organization and thinks his resume is one that should be considered.

Rose Jr. Arrested: Long Island Ducks infielder and former big-leaguer Pete Rose Jr. turned himself on charges of drug trafficking.

Schedule Pretty Finalized: Several teams released their home schedules and the Nashua Pride are out, replaced by the Road Warriors. The Bridgeport Bluefish are on the schedule, however. – Scott Stanchak.
